RWU Skatepark Project

Raised $175,000+ for a skatepark at Roger Williams University, leading a committee of approximately 25 members.

Prepared proposals and met with multi-millionaire donors who pledged thousands of dollars to the initiative.

Chaired a committee of around 25 members, creating weekly presentations.

Called multiple skatepark construction companies collecting RFPs on how they would approach the project.

Collaborated with engineer students and skaters to design a skatepark perfect for the community.

Started initiative freshman year, fueled by curiosity and ambition – carrying the torch until the very last day of college.

Ultimately park was not built due to donors pulling out last minute, but I'm very proud to have brought a community together for a good cause.

Wrote, directed, and edited a spot explaining the initiative.

Negotiated with Student Senate for a large donation toward the skatepark resulting in a bill donating $125,000 toward the skatepark.
